At Buzz Invites, we always send your invitations in perfect condition. We pride ourselves on perfection, care and attention and our aim is to always have a happy, satisfied customer who will return to us over and over again.
All our invitations and envelopes are boxed securely so damage is very rare, if however in the unlikely event that a product is damaged we ask you to contact us to let us know of the problem as soon as possible and within 24 hours of receipt. We will then advise you on whether you are eligible for a refund or replacement.
If for any reason you are not happy with your Buzz Invitations order, please contact us via email.
We aim to acknowledge any complaint within 14 working days, (usually it takes 1-2 days) and will do our best to resolve it within 28 days. We may ask you to take a photograph of the product to help us.
